Spark is a creative-prompt iOS app from Singularity Film. This page exists because Apple requires it. The short version: Spark doesn't collect anything about you. The long version is below.
Spark has no accounts, no logins, no servers, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. Nothing about you, your device, or your usage ever leaves the phone.
30 April 2026.
Spark is published by Singularity Film Ltd, a video production company registered in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", and "our" in this policy mean Singularity Film Ltd. The app is a digital adaptation of our physical creative-prompt card deck.
None. Spark does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. Specifically:
Spark writes a single value to your device's local app preferences: a timestamp recording when you last completed a session. This is used only to enforce the once-per-day lockout that gives the cards their weight. The timestamp is stored in iOS user defaults, scoped to the app, and is removed when you delete the app. It never leaves your device, is not synced via iCloud, and is not visible to anyone except you.
Spark contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising frameworks, no analytics libraries, no crash reporters, and no social-login providers. We have no data-processing agreements because there is no data to process.
Spark makes no network requests. The app functions identically in airplane mode. The 221 cards ship inside the app bundle and are loaded from local storage at launch.
Spark is rated 4+ on the App Store but is designed for adults working on creative projects. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, of any age. If you are a parent or guardian and have a question, contact us at the email below.
Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability over personal data held about you. Because we hold no personal data about Spark users, there is nothing to access, rectify, erase, or port. Deleting the app from your device removes the only piece of state Spark stores (the daily-session timestamp).
If we ever add anything that would change this policy — for example, an opt-in feature that touches the network — we will update this page, change the effective date above, and note what changed. We will not retroactively start collecting data from existing users without prompting you in-app first.
